All the products are environmentally friendly. No chemicals, dyes or bleaches have been used during the processing of the wool. The materials we use in our products are natural, renewable resources and do not pose a threat to the environment. Each duvet and mattress pad comes packaged in a 100% unbleached cotton drawstring bag, useful for storing your duvet if not in use.

Clean, Soft & Warm:
Llama and alpaca wool is clean, soft and very warm. It is free of lanolin and oil and does not provide a welcome environment for dust mites. For this reason, many people who are allergic to feathers or synthetics will have no reaction at all to our sleep sets. Llama and alpaca wool is hollow, making it one of the warmest natural fibers available. Discover the comfort of an alpaca wool duvet: you will sleep through the night, neither too hot nor too cold. We suggest sleeping European style, with just a covered duvet over you. It's better than you can possibly imagine. Your mornings are easier too... one shake and your bed is made!

Handmade Luxury:
All these products are hand-crafted in the Okanagan Valley every step of the way. Alpacas are shorn once a year in the spring. Each Alpaca will produce about 4-7 pounds of fibre per year. Next the wool is taken to a woolen mill where it is washed and mixed with a small amount of sheep's wool for loft and as a binder, then made into batts. The batts are then made into duvets with 100% cotton fabric. Each duvet is stitched every six inches with a small moon shape, making a beautiful finished product that won't shift or bunch up.
